Pavilion Theatre, Worthing - 2nd march
by Steve
She started with her as always great version of I drove
all night which was a great song to start on. She wore a
great white number with large belt and looked fantastic.
I always think she has GREAT style and I got really annoyed
with the prats slagging her off on fame academy for having
to sort her image out, when she was the only with any style!
Enough moaning! She was indeed on for about half an hour
and it was no way long enough, I could have watched/listened
to her all night! She seemed, well, she ADMITED to being
very nervous and it DID come across. Her introductions were
good but she sounded as if she wasn't confident on them
which is a shame because they were fine.
It would be interesting to compare a date later on especially
towards the end of the tour to this one to see how she develops
with confidence.
A great choice of songs were presented including the one
she wrote on fame academy (forgotten the name at the mo,
sorry! - you all know it!) which is excellent. Then, she
came back on in Tony's set to sing a duet from his album
of oscar winning film scores which was a bonus fairly near
the start of the set. They sounded good together.
Tony Christie is a fantastic singer and anybody who wants
to hear a dynamic and powerful voice should go and he is
very entertaining.Only thing is, I don't think most of the
audience had a clue who she was (mostly over fifty of age!).
Pavilion Theatre, Worthing- 2nd March
By Bex
Heya everyone! just got in! was an amazing show! (actually,
TC weren't that bad haha! we had a laugh anyways!)
got a list of the tracks she did....... not sure if they
are quite in the right order but here goes!
Drove all night
Desperado
Underneath your clothes
underneath it all (no doubt)
Fallen (sarah mcglochlin(cant spell lol!))
Insane (yay it's not forgotten!)
Against all odds (phil collins)
Then about half-way through TC's set she came on to do
the 'A whole new world' duet! TC seemed to struggle a bit
but it did sound gorge!
Overall......caz sounded and looked amazing! she wore a
white (maybe cream) linin dress (i think) with a cool chunky
belt overtop and with brown knee-high boots! hair looks
lighter! really nice actually and she's v tanned! All sounds
wicked with the live band behind her, i was really impressed!
They're all staying down here in worthing tonight and went
out for a meal straight after the show so i didn't actually
catch her! But i kept warm on the tour bus haha, waiting,
thinking she was gonna come out! then when finally Andy
(crew driver) found out that they had gone, i left haha!
Anyways it was amusing and caz better let me know that
she got her prezzie off of that scoundral in the morning
lol! (amy u have 2 ask her!)
Can't wait til the other shows
now!

De Montford Hall, Leicester - 3rd March
By Amy
Right....it was a fab night even though didnt get to meet
caz! she was fantastic!
We got there and saw the big black tour bus parked at the
side of the hall so we knew where to head to after the show.
Went in and bought a copy of the programme, we got so many
strange looks from all the ole biddys!
Found our seats and we were dead centre and about eye level
to caz so perfect positioning.Caz came on and she looking
stunning. I'm guessing was the same outfit as the night
before, white dress with a chunky brown belt and tan boots.
she looked fab!! and very tanned! and yes bex her hair seemed
alot lighter, worked v well with the clothes.
Cant remember everything she sang but I think it was pretty
much the same as the worthing line up except she didnt sing
insane which i was quite gutted at bcuz i love that song,
but she did however perform 'the first cut is the deepest'
fantasticly!that and underneath it all were my faves! she
sang them all great but those two suited her voice great
and it was nice to hear some songs i hadnt heard her sing
before.
Caz didnt seem too nervous but they were there a little,
it didnt show in performances though only when talking to
the crowd.
After caz's set there was a 20 minute interval which was
quite surprising becuz it felt like we had only just got
there. Wish caz could have stayed on stage because she was
so good, loved the lil dance moves in the middle!
after cazs set i looked around and everyone had the programme
open to cazs page!!
We would have left at the break but we didnt because of
the duet...
when tony started singing 'a whole new world' some women
behind us were saying 'oh doesnt he sound like aladdin'
then caz came back on and sang with tc, they did it v well!
the rest of the tc concert wasnt actually all that bad except
he seemed to get louder as the show went on!
After tc finished we went outside and went and stood by
the big black bus which bex had told me 2 look out for!!
i stood on the phone to bex while my friend kim phoned her
boyfriend. i think bex said i seemed quite hyper, and i
was walking around in circles with people giving me strange
looks (no idea why!!) then some older women came and stood
by the bus looking for tc but went when he wasnt there.
After about 20minutes i saw tc walk by the window and thought
caz maybe coming out, he decided to sit down inside and
talk to whoever it was he was talking to!
After a few minutes of me trying to spy through the window
a bloke opended the doors and started loading things into
the boot of a car which was there.
I decided to go over and ask him about caz...he asked who
i was looking for and then told me she'd gone home early.
I gave him a prezzie to give to caz for me, so i hope she
gets it. I have no idea who it was but bex rekons it could
have been tcs manager. I also asked him to pass a message
to caz that me and bex will see her in portsmouth! hope
we get to meet her there.
Anyway...was a great night she performed fantasticly, looked
stunning and tc wasnt bad either. managed to get home no
problem was fairly easy! my first road trip and first time
on a motorway and i lived to tell the tale.
Cant wait til portsmouth now, and hope there are many more
gigs after that

Aldershot 5th March
By Dan
Hiya people!! just got back from the gig in Aldershot!!!
Caz, as always was absolutely fantastic! Flawless vocal
performances and breathtaking power notes! She wore a beige/light
khaki top with sparkly bits, the trademark belt and a kinda
white linen gathered skirt.
I don't know how to describe it really... but it looks cool.
kinda looked like she had a whole load of white jumpers
tied round her waist! - u get the idea.
Here's what happened....
Got there really early.... where we noticed there was actually
a fair mix of people who'd turned up.
Although, you couldn't fail to notice the large groups of
Irish, who were very loud, and VERY irish.
*side note..... i went to the toilet and this guy was reading
a poster of the gig.
"who is Carolynne Good?"
I said "she's the reason i'm here"
he said "oh really? is she good?"
I said "very, you're in for a treat"
hehehe *
Anyway went in and Carolynne did the following songs. (
i THINK in this order )
I drove all night
Underneath it all
Fallen
First Cut is the Deepest
I can't make you love me
Underneath your clothes
Desperado
Insane
Against all odds
As you can see, she did 9 songs.... which is more than
the other shows...maybe she's cutting down on the chit chat?
The audience were ok i think.... they were polite. Some
of them started whistling and whooping in applause.... now.....
who could they gotten that idea from?
Anyways... during the interval i heard people in the audience
saying how they didnt know who she was but "hasn't
she got a good voice!!" She came back on for A whole
new world, which was a kinda odd arrangement, pretty much
so it was possible for Tony to sing i suspect!
We thought we may as well leave if they're being so rude!
so we left! (well we couldnt stand another verse of "when
i was 18.....21.....35" you could see he had a fair
way to go!!!)
Anyway, was a great evening. Mum loved it, Dad didn't hate
it....which i think is a compliment! haha.
Enjoy the show
you guys who are yet to see it.
Dan.
Southend Cliffs Pavillion - 6th March
By Sarah
Well, I got back from the gig in Southend a few hours ago!
Brilliant gig, Carolynne was fantastic!
I took my parents along with me as they both wanted to
see Carolynne as well! The seats we had weren't bad, few
rows from front. Although we did seem to have the tallest
people
in the whole venue come and sit in front of us! (typical!
)
The place was pretty much packed, a really good turn out.
The band started to play the intro of "I drove all
night" and Caz walked on stage. She looked stunning!
(see pics!)
She sang 9 songs
I drove all night (I think her voice is especially powerful
in this song!)
Fallen
Underneath it all
First Cut is the Deepest
I cant make you love me (beautiful song)
Underneath Your Clothes
Desperado (one of my faves)
Insane ( )
Against All Odds.
Her voice sounded really amazing, even though she had a
cold!! You wouldn't have been able to tell
she had a cold by listening to her sing! It was so good
to see her on stage again. She didn't talk
much to the audience this time, just introduced the songs.
She didn't come across as nervous
though, and really sang her heart out!
The audience were quite reserved but reacted well to her,
she had quite a few whistles at the end!
After the interval Tony Christie came on, I thought he
was a good performer. He said his album has gone to number
3 in the charts this week!
I liked the duet "A whole new world" with Caz
and Tony, I'd like to hear Caz singing more Disney
ballads, her voice is perfect for them.
After they had sang the duet me and my mum left to go to
the bar as we were going to meet Caz there
after her duet. (Seeing as our seats were right in the centre
of the audience I think my dad was
too embarassed to get up and leave and have everyone staring
at us, so he stayed seated! haha)
Anyway we sat in the bar for a while,
Caz looked at my gig brochure as she hadn't even had the
time to see the brochure yet! Took a few
pics for the site (I have cut myself out of the one I had
done with Caz, coz I look awful!!)
Caz is enjoying the tour, but obviously finding all the
travelling tiring. She's got to travel all
the way back up to her place in Coventry after the gig tonight!
She's got a day off tommorow (mon) to rest though!
Anyway it was a brilliant night, I really enjoyed it and
so did my parents. Cant wait til the one in Croydon now!

Blackpool - 8th March
By Haylz
We arrived in Blackpool around tea time to find Blackpool
like a ghost town at this time of year took us ages just
to find somewhere to get some dinner!
Anyway we had dinner and played on the machines in Coral
Island for a bit before heading over to the opera house.
We arrived there pretty early so we had a drink and waited
for Michelle and her friend to arrive.
We had pretty good seats once inside, we were all at the
end of the row so we could easily get up and leave, michelle
was couple of rows behind me and mum and her friend were
a couple of rows behind Michelle so we were still all pretty
close together.
Loved the way Caz made her entry onto the stage with the
music starting up to Drove All Night first of all. She looked
stunning in a white/cream flairy skirt (dont know how else
to describe it lol) and a fitted top.
As always her voice was fantastic. Its always good to hear
her sing live.
She sang Drove All night
Fallen
Underneath it all (I'm totally addicted to this song now)
I can't Make you Love Me
Desperado
Underneath Your Clothes
First Cut Is The Deepest
Insane
Against All Odds
Can't remember if thats the order she sang them in though.
I loved Insane live, it sounds a bit more rocky since we
heard it on FA- fantastic.
My fave of the covers was definitely Underneath It all.
She was absolutely amazing at Fist Cut Is The Deepest too,
Ive always loved that song. She was great at them all, its
difficult to pick which one I thought she sang best.
At half time we went out and I met up with my mum again
and she thought Caz had an amazing voice too although mum
hates slow ballad type songs so would have much preferred
to hear her singin some more upbeat stuff - She loved Insane.
We then went back in to wait for the duet, I thought it
was lovely, Caz sang it really well and Tony wasnt that
bad. Jon and I left after the duet and sat in the bar where
Michelle and her friend joined us. Mum and her friend stayed
to see Tony's set.
Unfortunately we didnt get to speak with Caz as her Dad
was waiting to take her home.
Was a fab night though and now I can't wait til the whitley
bay gig!!
