Ian's Carolynne Encounter at Hamleys - Nov 2003.
Well my story is I left my flat at about 2.30 and got the
2.40 train got to London at about 3.25 PM. I got to hamleys
at about 3'40 after getting a bit lost and asking someone
where hamleys was . and them saying its right there across
the road I felt a complete idiot. then went into the store
and saw where the stage was . and stood there 4 a few minutes
then as there was only few people there I decided to have
walk around d the store 4 a while 2 killed bit of time.
I went back 2 the stage about 4.30 where there was quite
a few people there by then so I still managed to get 2 the
front though . and chatted to a few of the other people
there. quite a few were ali fans . then a warm up bloke
came on 2 entertain the crowd and he was on 4 about 45 mins
and we heard chitty chitty bang bang about a dozen times,
cos that was how caz and ali were arriving. . then about
5.45 the big moment happened CAZ and ali arrived they got
out of the car turned on the hamleys lights and then came
into the store caz looked fantastic I couldn't stop smiling
and cheering. then she went n the stage and chatted 4 about
5mins then she sang underneath your clothes she was great
I could have listened to that all night I really could then
all 2 soon it was over and ali was on singing bring it on
then when he finished. he and caz came round signing autographs
and chatting 2 everyone when she cam over 2 where I was
I was so excited and nervous I chatted 2 her 4 a couple
of minutes and gaveher a couple of MSG's from me and nicnic
. then I had my photo taken with her that was great and
then what made my year she let me give her a peck on the
cheek I still haven't washed my face yet . I just couldn't.
stop smiling . she was great and then she gave me her auto
graph as well, 2 make my day complete . then I just stood
and watched her go round to other people still smiling and
then she and ali left though the harry potter entrance.
and that was it . I then left 2 catch my train home. what
a great fantastic day . she is brilliant she really is and
I cant wait till the next time I get 2 meet her and I hope
is soon. she means so much 2 me she really does.
