Carolynne:
Why did you choose to get into the industry this
way?
I've actually been in music for six years. I've been songwriting
and session singing, getting into the industry like that.
Reality TV has totally taken me over though. This is a way
to showcase, no matter what. And, rather that any old TV
show, this is a chance to develop yourself and also
get your songwriting heard.
Has it been hard to live in a Big Brother style
environment? What do you miss most about everyday life?
I miss my family so much - they are such a rock in my life.
I've got so much in my life and I'm lucky because we're
a really close family.
How often do you get to speak to them while you're
in the Academy?
We get four minutes every week. It's not enough because
you can't say anything.
Do you have a crush on anyone in the Academy?
I did, but I totally don't now!
Has being kept away from the rest of society made
you bond quicker as a unit?
Definitely, and it's quite weird thinking about getting
out. I wonder what the reaction is going to be! I've always
been like Marmite - you either love me or hate me.
Fame is the name of the game, do you think you'll
be able to cope with it?
Fame comes with sucess and it's what I'm searching for
and driving towards. I'm ready for anything.
