We grabbed a be-hatted Carolynne for a quick natter about
her performance on Sunday, long lashes and what makes her
blush...
Firstly, how was Sunday night? What did you think
of your performance?
It was good for me because I got my first good comments
from Richard Park - he told people to vote for me! It was
one of my more difficult songs so I was really chuffed that
I pulled it off.
What's The Academy like without Barry?
It's definitely quieter. I'm sad to see anyone go and with
one more down there's a lot more pressure, everyone's feeling
it. Barry brought a lot of life to The Academy. He could
have been a commentator, he commented on everything!
If you had to swap one of the current students
for one of the expelled ones, who would it be?

I'd probably swap James for Louise. The only reason I say
James is that I don't feel as close to him as the others,
I think he's wicked though. And Louise was my girly girl
as you know!
Did you have fun at the TV Quick Awards?
It was crazy. Zoe Lucker from Footballers' Wives came up
to me and was really complimentary, she's really going to
try and make it to one of the live shows. We spoke to the
Bad Girls lot and Phil Mitchell from EastEnders. To be honest
it was a bit of a shock to get to the party and hear everyone
shouting my name and then see all the press, I suppose I
didn't feel like I could really let myself go though because
of all the cameras. I love going out for the evening but
it's always nice to come back.
What piece of make-up couldn't you live without?(Samantha,
Fife)
I think my mascara... I wear it every day 'cos I like to
have lots of lashes!
What makes you blush?(Kon, London)
Compliments! I don't know, they make me feel a bit silly.
I find it hard to take it when people are really complimentary.
It's a bit embarrassing, I get speechless.
How did you feel about Richard Park's compliments
on Sunday's show?
I was too shocked to blush!
If you could ask for one wish right this second,
what would it be?
To make it to the bottom three - I don't care about coming
first... well, maybe! But I'd like to make it to the end...
